The bar (4) has a resistance wire (3), and an energy storage (8) provided for supplying electricity to the resistance wire. The energy storage is arranged in an interior of a tubular component (1), and is wrapped in a heat shrink sleeve. The energy storage is connected with the resistance wire by a two-pole patch cord (7), where the resistance wire is directly assigned as a heating element to the energy storage at a surface. A metal foil (2) is fixed to the resistance wire. An opening is provided for withdrawal of the energy storage.
