<p>A method and device for processing system message encoding are disclosed in the present invention. The method takes a set of initial frequency points of adjacent areas as a set of preprocessing frequency points of adjacent areas before performing system message encoding for the set of initial frequency points of adjacent areas, and performs the following steps: a judging step, detecting whether the set of preprocessing frequency points of adjacent areas can cause the abnormality of encoding, if yes, performing a deleting step, if no, performing an encoding step; the deleting step, deleting a frequency point in the set of preprocessing frequency points of adjacent areas to obtain a set of updated frequency points of adjacent areas, taking the set of updated frequency points of adjacent areas as the set of preprocessing frequency points of adjacent areas, and then performing the judging step; the encoding step, performing system message encoding for the set of preprocessing frequency points of adjacent areas. According to the present invention, the processing capability of the abnormality of system message encoding is improved, the probability of event of user terminal switch failure is reduced, and the user experience is improved.</p> |
