The invention relates to a method for preparing a compound of the following formula (I) in which a and b are integers equal to or higher than 0, and R<SUB>1</SUB>, R<SUB>2</SUB> and R<SUB>8</SUB> essentially represent H, said preparation method including a step of oxidising the alcohol function of the compound of the formula (II-b) in which a, b and R<SUB>2</SUB> are such as defined above in the formula (I), and R<SUB>6</SUB> and R<SUB>7</SUB> essentially represent a hydrogen atom, wherein said step is followed by a step comprising the implementation of a Wittig-Horner reaction, a step comprising the oxidant cut of the double bond and a reduction step. |
