The unit has an adapter (10) connected with a safety load switch rail (1) and enclosing an opening (9). A flexible shield is connected with the adapter and coupled with electrical cables (6) at a distance from the adapter, where the flexible shield is made of non-conducting material. The adapter is provided with projections that are inserted into recesses of the safety load switch rail. The recesses are located at a side turned toward the opening, where the opening exhibits a rectangular cross section.
