Provided is a protein which exerts excellent therapeutic effect on almost all patients with cedar pollen allergy, and which can be consumed as food. Specifically, provided are: a protein having cedar pollen immunogenicity containing an amino acid sequence depicted in SEQ ID NO: 1 or an amino acid sequence having a mutant in the amino acid sequence depicted in SEQ IN NO: 1; a polynucleotide which codes for said protein; a vector containing said polynucleotide; a transformant containing said polynucleotide or said vector; and uses for said protein, polynucleotide, and transformant.
