<p>PURPOSE: A rotating cutter and a plastic cutting apparatus employing the same are provided to enhance durability of blades for cutting plastic, thereby prolonging the lifetime of the cutting blades. CONSTITUTION: A plastic cutting apparatus includes: a rotary cutter for cutting plastics by rotation; fixed blades(16) for cutting the plastics together with the rotary cutter; and a mesh(12) which is positioned at the lower part of the rotary cutter and the fixed blades and has mesh holes passing through the cut plastic. The rotary cutter comprises a rotator, a body having grooves at the front thereof, and a processing tip having a blade face cutting the plastic.</p> |
