PURPOSE: A nozzle pipe welding device of an oil tank cover is provided to prevent the deformation of an oil tank cover due to welding heat by attaching a nozzle pipe using arc welding. CONSTITUTION: A nozzle pipe welding device of an oil tank cover comprises a jig body(10), a bottom frame(20) and an arc welding device(30). The jig body comprises an intimate side(12), a position determining bar(13) and a clamp(14). The intimate side is formed in the same shape as a connecting part(1a) of an oil tank cover(1). The bottom frame is installed at the lower part of the jig body. The bottom frame supports a through-hole(1b) of the oil tank cover to face upward. The arc welding device comprises a robot welding torch(32). The robotic welding torch is installed in the location coping with the through-hole of the oil tank cover.
