摘要 PURPOSE: A nozzle pressure testing device using a hydrostatic bearing is provided to test the pressure resistance of a nozzle used for a spindle device, thereby preventing the mounting of a faulty nozzle on the spindle device. CONSTITUTION: A nozzle pressure testing device comprises a lower support member(302), a body member(303), a plane bearing member(600), a plane spindle member(700), a compression member, and a spring member. The lower support member is a container with a top opening to store oil overflowing. The body member is made of a square flat panel having a mounting part to which the bottom of a nozzle is detachably installed. The plane bearing member is separated from the body member with a gap corresponding to the height of the nozzle, and the plane bearing member comprises a groove for mounting of the top of the nozzle, a bearing hollow part, and an oil supply member. The plane spindle member is vertically moved separate from or close to the top of the plane bearing member. The compression member is made of a square flat panel in which an inverted truncated cone shape is attached to the center of the bottom. The spring member keeps the compression member horizontally straight.
