PURPOSE: A secondary charging and discharging test probe for applying a voltage and a current is provided to maximize test efficiency by separating an inner plunger and an outer plunger when the inner plunger and the outer plunger are worn. CONSTITUTION: A cylindrical outer body(601) elastically moves up and down. An outer plunger(901) is combined with one side of the outer body. An inner body is installed in the outer body and elastically moves up and down. An inner plunger(1301) is combined with one side of the inner body, is separated from the outer plunger, and elastically moves up and down. Insulation units(1201,1202) insulate the inner body and the inner plunger from the outer body. |
