PURPOSE: An in-tank filter for a fuel pump module is provided to discharge static electricity, facilitate manufacture, and reduce production costs by minimizing conductive material. CONSTITUTION: An in-tank filter for a fuel pump module comprises an upper case(100), a lower case(200), a filter paper, and fixing units(400, 500). This filter comprises a connection unit(600). The lower part of the upper case is opened. The lower case closes the lower part of the upper case. The filter paper is formed inside the upper case and the lower case. The fixing unit fixes the upper and lower parts of the filter paper. The communication unit connects a pair of fixing units.
