A composition comprising: a titanium coagulant for natural and waste water purification and disinfection, which titanium coagulant comprises the ingredients being taken in a ratio of: water no more than 7.4 weight %, aluminium oxide no more than 76.5 weight %, titanium oxide no less than 10.6 weight %, silicon oxide no less than 5.0 weight %, and sulfur, ferrous, calcium, chlorine accounting for no more than 0.5 weight % and a mixture of aluminium sulfate and/or aluminium oxychloride and/or aluminium hydroxychloride, characterized in that the weight percentage ratio of titanium coagulant to the mixture is 50:50.
