PURPOSE: A method and device for compensating tire measurement errors are provided to minimize the deviation between actual shape and measured shape by using a three-dimensional scanner. CONSTITUTION: A method for compensating tire measurement errors is as follows. The vertical projection height (Ac) of a measure point (k0) is obtained by using a virtual laser line which is vertically irradiated from a three-dimensional scanner. The actual projection height of the measure point is obtained by using an angle accomplished by the extended line of actual protruding height, the virtual laser line and the vertical projection height.
