PURPOSE: A solar battery cell and solar battery module with the same are provided to reduce the size of a first electrode located on an emitter unit to enlarge a light receiving area of the solar battery cell, thereby increasing the efficiency of the solar battery cell. CONSTITUTION: An inter-connector(20) electrically connects adjacent solar battery cells(10). An upper protection film and a lower protection film(30b) protect the solar battery cells. A transparent member(40) is arranged on the upper protection film. A back sheet(50) is arranged under the lower protection film. A junction box(60) collects currents and voltages produced in the solar battery cells.
