LINEAR TURRET SCANNER

摘要

PURPOSE: A linear turret scanner is provided to precisely control a position through a linear movement by using a linear turret. CONSTITUTION: A linear turret(300) horizontally moves and replace an object lens(400) with a different magnification. An optical axis driving unit(200) is installed on one side of the linear turret and moves according to the movement of the linear turret. The optical axis driving unit moves the object lens in an optical axis by the displacement of the object lens.
