PURPOSE: A double T-slab, a concrete frame structure for a parking lot of a building using the same, and a construction method thereof are provided to improve cost-efficiency by simplifying the manufacturing work of the double T-slab. CONSTITUTION: A double T-slab(100) comprises a rectangular upper plate(110), a base plate(120), a reinforcing rib(130), and a reinforcing support(140). The base plate is formed in the longitudinal end of the upper plate and is extended from the bottom of the upper plate. The reinforcing rib is formed on the bottom surface of the upper plate and is parallel with the upper plate in a longitudinal direction. The reinforcing support is connected from the side surface of the reinforcing rib to the inner surface of the base plate to be bent and reinforces structural stability.
