PURPOSE: A solar collector and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to maximize heat transmission to a thermal medium inside a heat collecting plate since a part of reflected solar heat is absorbed again on an incline. CONSTITUTION: A solar collector comprises an inlet pipe(10), an outlet pipe(20), and a heat collecting plate(30). The inlet pipe guides a thermal medium to the heat collecting plate. The thermal medium, which passed through the heat collecting plate, flows out through the outlet pipe. The heat collecting plate is formed between the inlet pipe and the outlet pipe. The heat collecting plate has a flow path in which the thermal medium flows. The heat collecting plate has an upper plate(31) and a lower plate(32) that are separated from each other.
