PURPOSE: A lamp for checking the freshness of meat is provided to implement fresh color of meat. CONSTITUTION: A lamp(10) mounted at a viewing booth comprises: a light source for irradiating meat(30) which is placed inside the viewing booth; and a power supply unit for supplying light source. The light source is a fluorescence lamp or LED lamp(11). The LED lamp is mounted at the meat side inside the viewing booth. The brightness of red, green, blue LEDs is regulated at 5+/-0.5:1+/-0.5:1+/-0.5.
