EFFECT OF WRINKLESS AND UV PROTECTION FROM WATER SOLUBLE EXTRACT OF TETRASELMIS SUECICA

PURPOSE: A Tetraselmis suecica soluvle extract and a method for preparing the same are provided to reduce skin wrinkles and to protect UV ray. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing Tetraselmis suecica soluble extract comprises: a step of centrifuging Tetraselmis suecica culture medium to collect cells(pellet) and freeze-drying to collect dried powder of Tetraselmis suecica; a step of adding distilled water to the dried powder and pulverizing; a step of adding protamex enzyme and centrifuging; a step of adding L-tartaric acid to the supernatant and adjusting to pH 3; a step of refrigerating and centrifuging to collect supernatant; a step of adding calcium carbonate to the supernatant; a step of filtering the supernatant at 5 um and freeze-drying; a step of dissolving in distilled water and centrifuging; a step of filtering at 0.45um and sterilizing at 121°C for 30 minutes; and a step of preserving using propylene glycol and methyl paraben.
