The wall has a corner post (20) and a right post (60), where each post is provided with two sets of supports (24, 44, 66, 68) that are fixed at tubes (22, 62). A filling material (152) i.e. concrete, is utilized for filling one of the tubes. An interior panel (130) and an external panel (136) are aligned and fixed at the two sets of the supports. Another filling material i.e. insulating material, thermally insulates greater than the former material, and fills an intermediate area. The interior panel includes plasterboards. The external panel includes plates of the insulating material. An independent claim is also included for a method for manufacturing a wall of a building.
