The device has a rocker arm as foot pedal which is mounted on housing (1) by bushing and bolt and a roller chain (5) which engages in a chain wheel (4) during operation. The chain wheel is executed as a ratchet wheel so that it engages in the direction in a ratchet (7). The drum rotates with a return spring which is used to reset the foot pedals in the starting position.
