The equipment (1) has a circular shell (4) arranged around a lower orifice and extended from a front face of a coating plate (2) to receive a lining envelope (E) by fitting. An upper ventilation orifice is formed opposite to a hole formed on a vertical wall (P) of a built chimney flue liner (B). The upper orifice is associated with a connected ventilation structure i.e. extractor (5), by a removable fixation unit i.e. screw. The ventilation structure is provided with a passage for circulating the air towards the liner.
