PURPOSE: A mobile smart-key system and a method for providing services are provided to directly control a vehicle based on the application of a mobile terminal. CONSTITUTION: A mobile terminal(100) downloads applications through mobile communication data network services or wireless internet services and install the applications. A vehicle(200) communicates a smart-key and a remote controlling key through a near wireless communication and opens and closes doors. A mobile smart-key server(300) communicates with the mobile terminal through a network to provide a mobile smart-key application. |
