[Also in Division B3] In a tool having a reciprocable ram for effecting a work operation and driven by releasable overload coupling, the coupling comprises spring loaded rollers 100 engaging in slots 99 of a yoke fastened to the ram. The stroke of the latter is varied by placing one of a plurality of bars in its path and when the ram engages a bar, the rollers 100 disengage from the slots 99 and the yoke and ram remain stationary. |
