<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress any increase in size of a vehicular fan, and to achieve a structure capable of sufficiently cooling an inverter unit. <P>SOLUTION: A fan case 12 is installed adjacent to a mounting box 9. An inverter and a heat-receiving unit 17 are installed in the mounting box 9. A heat radiation fin 18 connected to the heat-receiving unit 17 is installed in the fan case 12 so as to be projected from the fan case 12. Thus, cooling air is supplied from the outside to a cooling air suction port 13, and the supplied cooling air flows in the fan case toward a cooling air discharge port 12a. When the cooling air flows toward the cooling air discharge port 12a, the cooling air passes through the heat radiation fin 18, and the heat generated in the inverter 16 is absorbed. The cooling air which absorbs the heat generated in the inverter 16 from the heat radiation fin 18 is exhausted from the cooling air discharge port 12a. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
