PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric motor use rotor which uses a permanent magnet to reduce cogging. SOLUTION: An electric motor use rotor includes one or more C-type permanent magnets 9 providing C-shaped magnetic forces, a core which is cylindrical and coupled to one or more C-type permanent magnets 9 arranged with different polarities, wherein an opening hole is formed in each boundary of the C-type permanent magnets 9 and a rotor shaft is formed in the center of the core. Accordingly, magnetic fields of the C-type permanent magnets, coupled through an external core, form a normal sinusoidal waveform, so that cogging torque can be reduced.
