PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heel-protecting sock hardly getting creased, free from overabundance, eliminated in fear of breakage, having favorable wearing feeling, extended in commodity life, and exerting economical effect. SOLUTION: The heel-protecting sock is produced by: attaching a bonding film (f) to the upper part on the inside 2 of a heel-concealing part 1 concealing the heel of a sock (a); attaching a heat-retaining/moisture-retaining upper film (d) to the upper part of the bonding film (f); bonding the peripheral part (6b) of the upper film (f) and the bonding part 16 of the bonding film (f) on the sock (a) and bonding the whole of the remainder in a free state: attaching a different bonding film (f) to the lower part on the inside 2 of the heel-concealing part 1; attaching a heat-retaining/moisture-retaining lower film (e) on the upper part of the bonding film (f); and bonding the peripheral part (6c) of the lower film (e) and the bonding part 16 of the bonding film (f) on the sock (a) and bonding the whole of remainder in a free state.
