PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a Pachinko game machine that can give a surprise to a player and can increase excitement and enjoyment. SOLUTION: The Pachinko game machine includes a game board body on the front face of which a playfield where a game ball is driven is formed. The game board body is formed of a synthetic resin with translucency so that the back part can be visually recognized. A printed sheet 73 on which a symbol is printed is provided on the front face side or back face side of the game board body. A movable body 11a that a movable accessory device 11 includes is arranged at the back of the game board body so that the movable body overlaps with the symbol in the front view when the movable body 11a is at a stand-by position.
