The present invention relates to a method of germanium-containing vacuum electroplating for noble-metal components, whose steps comprising: (1) fabricating the components, (2) surface layer treatment, (3) germanium coating, (4) titanium coating, (5) gasification and (6) product assembly, whereby to amply reduce environmental pollution and to add germanium and titanium elements to noble metals, and to help enhancing user's health by the application of the physical characteristics of said germanium and titanium elements so as to increases the added-value to the noble-metal products and broaden the scope of their application.
