<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten assembly time for a variable nozzle unit 1 by simplifying adjustment of concentricity between a nozzle ring 11 and a shroud ring 9. <P>SOLUTION: The nozzle ring 11 is concentrically opposed to the shroud ring 9.
