PURPOSE: A sheet for preventing exposure of a password using codes matched with the password, and a method and a device for preventing the exposure using the same are provided to prevent the password from being exposed to other person during a transaction process using the password. CONSTITUTION: A table(210) forms the original password from rearranged numbers by storing a combination of the codes used as the password with corresponding ID factor. An input module(220) inputs the ID factor and the rearranged numbers. A combination module(230) reforms the original password from the rearranged numbers by detecting the combination of the codes from the table with the ID factor and sequentially matching each number of the rearranged numbers to the combination of the detected codes.
