PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermal-insulating moisture-permeable waterproof sheet having both of moisture-permeable waterproof property and thermal-insulating property. SOLUTION: The thermal-insulating moisture-permeable waterproof sheet is a sheet including a moisture-permeable waterproof sheet and thermal-insulating layers containing metal fine particles, which are arranged on both surfaces of the moisture-permeable waterproof sheet.
