PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a working simulation device and an optimal process determining device for correcting an shape error, even though there are cases where working simulation is performed by rotating a shape when working, such as oblique working, and the rotation of the working shape results in the generation of an error in the shape. SOLUTION: When it is determined that a different site between a rotation return post-working shape and a pre-working shape or a target post-working shape is a shape which is an inappropriate site, the pertinent different site is returned to the pertinent site shape of the pre-working shape or the target post-working shape for correction.
