<p>A belt lock for a seat belt system includes a locking mechanism arranged in a belt lock housing formed from two housing shells for an inserted belt tongue. The locking mechanism has an axially movable component that changes its location from a first end position into a second end position when the locking mechanism is actuated. The locking mechanism is also equipped with a switch arrangement that has at least one fixed contact part and one switching contact part that can move relative to it and on which, in an end position of the component that changes its location, the component acts. The switching contact part is configured as a clamp-shaped elastic sheet part with two axially running side braces that are provided with knee-like bends that, in an end position of the axially movable component, are mechanically exposed to pressure by the component.</p> |
