PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a getting-on/-off step of a cab for surely preventing jumping up of muddy water in traveling, by mounting on both left-right sides of the cab with one part, and installing a step cover on the reverse surface side, in the getting-on/-off step of the cab. SOLUTION: This invention on the claim item 1 is the getting-on/-off step of the cab, wherein a drainboard-shaped antislipping pattern composed of a large number of through-holes is formed on both obverse-reverse surfaces being a footrest surface, and the proper number of installation boss part is formed on a peripheral wall surface between both obverse-reverse surfaces, and the antislipping pattern and the installation boss part are vertically symmetrically formed, and is characterized in that a pair of upper-lower shielding plates projecting up to the substantial center of the respective through-holes are arranged on the obverse side and the reverse side of the respective through-holes by dislocating a position in the longitudinal direction or the lateral direction of the through-holes.
