PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a package which can be easily held and carried by allowing a root of a handle of the package to be naturally raised when the package is taken out of the exterior body of corrugated fiberboard or the like and displayed over the counter, and to provide a packaging bag used therefor. SOLUTION: The package 100 includes a package body 6 in which an article 20 is accommodated, and a face-like handle 7 extending outward of the body 6 via a base line 9 on the body 6.
