PURPOSE: A mortar mixer is provided to reduce the construction period for repair and reinforcement of a structure and to enhance effects of repair and reinforcement for the structure. CONSTITUTION: A mortar mixer includes: a mixing tank in which the top is opened and a discharge hole is formed at the lower part; a fixed shaft having a first bevel gear; an inner shaft portion having an inner rotary shaft(251); a plurality of mixing bars; an external shaft portion having an external rotary shaft(261); a lower layer mixing unit; and a screw type conveyor. |
