PURPOSE: A micro tunnel array for an exposure device is provided to use the transmitted light intensity without loss thereof. CONSTITUTION: A micro tunnel array(200) consecutively arranges micro tunnels(210). The micro tunnel is composed of a light incidence unit(210a) and a light emitting unit(210b). The light incidence unit is widely formed. The light emitting unit is narrowly formed. The boundary of the micro tunnel forms a diffused light intercepting unit(211). The diffused light intercepting unit intercepts the diffused light giving an influence to a neighboring pixel.
