PURPOSE: A light emitting diode array including an iris diaphragm, a line print head using the same, and a method for manufacturing a light emitting diode array are provided to suppress the inference of light emitted from an adjacent light emitting diode by limiting a light path. CONSTITUTION: An iris diaphragm substrate includes a plurality of iris diaphragms(120) which become a light path. A plurality of light emitting diodes(130) are arranged at each input terminal of the iris diaphragms. A plurality of lenses(185) are arranged at each output terminal of the iris diaphragms and reflect the light from the light emitting diodes via the iris diaphragms. The plurality of light emitting diodes include a first conductive compound semiconductor layer, an active layer, and a second conductive compound semiconductor layer.
