PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for dispatching a taxi vehicle which meets a transportation request from a customer with a short delay. SOLUTION: A map M marked with X indicating the position of "a place of picking-up" designated by the customer is displayed in an acceptance and dispatching terminal screen G, and at this time, a vehicle A' being "waiting at a station" among vehicles A', B, and C as objects to be dispatched is displayed in a red color different from a color of the other vehicles, whereby an operator can easily recognizes the vehicle A' to be a vehicle being "waiting at a station" and can remove the vehicle A' from the object of "dispatch candidate search".
