PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shot blasting device capable of evenly treating a surface of a casting having sand adhered thereto during a casting process or a metal product having an oxide scale adhered thereto, reducing a working process, and taking out a product to be treated without scattering a projection material after the treatment to the outside of a cabinet, and its treatment method. SOLUTION: Impurities, unnecessary films, scales, and coating residue adhered on the metal product are treated by blasting by colliding the projection material accelerated by a centrifugal projection device onto the product to be treated while suspending and rotating the product to be treated by a suspension tool.
