PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-throughput acquiring method in acquiring a degree of disorder as the degree of separation from the reference value of the concentration of a metabolite in metabolome analysis or the like. SOLUTION: At first, a predetermined metabolite becoming a measuring target is preset. Then, an plurality of metabolites in a test sample are separated by GC/MS and the concentration of each of the metabolites is acquired by mass analysis. On the basis of the logarithmic value of this concentration, a mean value Mean and standard deviation SD, the degree (n) of disorder is acquired. Herein, Mean and SD are the mean value of the concentration logarithmic values of the metabolite of a reference sample and standard deviation. By this constitution, the degree (n) of disorder is acquired with high-throughput and this degree (n) of disorder is used to determine the presence of metabolic disorder. COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
