PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a surface shape transferred resin sheet is provided to efficiently transfer an uneven transfer pattern on a resin sheet by inserting the continuous resin sheet between press rolls at a pressure over 5MPa. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a surface shape transferred resin sheet(1) is as follows. Resin is continuously extruded from a die(8) to make a continuous resin sheet(2). The continuous resin sheet is inserted between first and second press rolls(11,12). After the first pressing process, the sheet is conveyed as being pressed onto the second press roll. The sheet is inserted between the second press roll and a third press roll(13), wherein a transfer pattern(22) is formed on the surface of the second or/and third press rolls.
