<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a substance which is used for treating and preventing cedar pollinosis, particularly induces no anaphylactic reaction in vivo, covers epitope in patients of allergic disorder and/or is easy to mass-produce at high purity. <P>SOLUTION: There is provided a PEGylation-altered fusion protein characterized in that all cysteine residues, except one, of fusion protein of Cry j1 and Cry j2 are replaced with amino acid residues which are not modified by PEGylation, and one cysteine residue is PEGylated by polyethylene glycol (PEG) having a molecular weight of 12 to 100 kDa. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
