<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clay material, a clayey glaze material and a slurry cast material from each of which a molded article is obtained, which article can be fired into a glass artwork having light transmissivity, gloss and fluorescent properties emitting light in the dark. <P>SOLUTION: A molding material for ceramic artworks includes two kinds of glass frit of glass frit a1 and glass frit a2 and phosphor powder a3 as inorganic raw material powders and is obtained by adding agar powder D and at least one of cellulose-based polysaccharide-type thickening agent powder B and β-1,3-glucan to the inorganic raw material powders.
