<p>The invention relates to an air heating passage 12 which includes a duct 18 that allows air to pass therethrough and a heating device 20 mounted within the duct 18 for heating the air passing through the duct 18. The duct 18 includes a wall 30 on which an inner surface 23, 25 is formed, wherein at least a portion of the inner surface 23, 25 is a smooth reflecting surface 27, 29. The smooth reflecting surface 27, 29 can reflect radiated heat to a great extent, so as to reduce heat loss. According to the invention, a fabric drying machine includes a rotatable drum 2 used for containing fabric, and further includes the air heating passage 12 as detailed above which is operable to heat air and deliver the heated air into the drum 2.</p> |
