<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mechanical stack type photoelectric conversion device that has high power generation efficiency similar to that of a stack type thin-film photoelectric conversion device at a low cost with simple constitution. <P>SOLUTION: The photoelectric conversion device is constituted by sticking a first photoelectric conversion module having a plurality of first photoelectric conversion elements connected electrically in series on one surface of a first light-transmitting insulating substrate, and a second photoelectric conversion module having a plurality of second photoelectric conversion elements connected electrically in series on one surface of a second light-transmitting insulating substrate, with the first photoelectric conversion elements and second photoelectric conversion elements made inside, wherein a first photoelectric conversion element positioned at one end of the series connection and a second photoelectric conversion element positioned at one end of the series connection are electrically connected in series, and outputs of power generated by the first photoelectric conversion module and second photoelectric conversion module are taken out from a first photoelectric conversion element positioned at the other end of the series connection and a second photoelectric conversion element positioned at the other end of the series connection. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
