PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid a deterioration in recovery efficiency of a product powder due to damage and clogging of a screen required for a crusher, and a decrease in an operating rate and labor and danger in work accompaning exchange and cleaning of a screen. SOLUTION: A residence space 20 where semifinished products and the product powder are mixed and stay is installed in a chamber of a crusher accommodating a rotating blade 11 and a fixed blade 13 without installing a screen for sieving and separating the product powder from semifinished granules in a crushing process. A chimney type tunnel 19 is projected from the chamber 14 with its lower end facing the residence space 20. A discharge port 18 for discharging the product powder is provided in the upper part of the tunnel 19. An internal ascending air current generates naturally in the chimney type tunnel 19, and the product powder rides on the air current and reaches the discharge port 18 to be discharged and recovered. The semifinished granules cannot ride on the ascending air current in the tunnel 19 to drop down into the residence space 20, whereby they are not discharged from the discharge port and not recovered. As the product powder is selected from the semifinished granule by the ascending air current in the tunnel 19, the necessity of a screen is eliminated. COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
