The technical result is achieved in that at least one of the grooves in the outer side of the cylindrical part of the metal part of the combined fitting is conical with a profile in the form of a "dovetail" and/or an annular channel with a trapezoidal shape is formed in the inner surface of the metal part of the combined fitting and/or a recess is formed in the inner surface of the cylindrical part of the metal part of the combined fitting.
