PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an output controller of a remote conversation system capable of performing high quality speech communication by preventing the mixing of unnecessary sound without troubling a participant's hand, to provide a method thereof, and to provide a computer executable program.

SOLUTION: A communication terminal 100 always buffers a voice inputted from a microphone in a buffer memory, outputs voice data ahead of a first predetermined time T1buffered in the buffer memory by forwarding the voice data fast by a second predetermined time T2after detecting the movement of the mouth of the participant A, and synchronizes the voice with an image.
