PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate handling such as installation while allowing the total weight of weights to be adjusted. SOLUTION: A movable blackboard device includes: a pair of hollow fixed frames 20 fixable to the floor surface; a pair of moving frames 10 fixed to the back face of a blackboard body 1 and respectively vertically movable along each fixed frame 20; a moving pulley 16 respectively fixed to the pair of moving frames 10; weights 30 respectively vertically movable in the hollow inside of each fixed frame 20; fixed pulley 26 fixed to the upper part of the hollow inside of each fixed frame 20; a wire 3 whose one end is fixed with each weight 30 and whose other end is fixed to the side of each fixed frame 20 through each fixed pulley 26 and each moving pulley 16; and a guide mechanism for vertically moving each moving frame 10, fixed to the blackboard body 1, along each fixed frame 20. The total weight of the two weights 30 is made almost equal to the weight of the blackboard body 1. Therefore, the balance between the blackboard body 1 and the weights 30 is maintained so as to allow the blackboard body 1 to be vertically moved while following the guide mechanism.
